I have personal PC with XP home edition. 5 minutes back everything was ok but now its giving error when I try to make or buíld my C project "Could not load: tlink.exe" .

I myself created $$PIP$$.$$$ file but everytime I make or bulid project it gives me the same error and the file disappears.

Please help
