If you have a Borland compiler, you should also have the corresponding linker. The linker by itself won't do anything for you...

tlink.exe is the 16-bit linker in TCW or BC. Look on your Setup CD.

If you need the 32-bit linker, it's called tlink32.exe and is available for free as part of the freely downloadable command line compiler:
